How to store your macadamia nuts:

Macadamia nuts are wonderful. They are rich and sweet with a delicate buttery flavor. They are wonderful in baking and in candy making and are great for snacks. But they are fragile.

Macadamia nuts have a very high fat content and must be stored carefully to avoid rancidity. (The nuts will turn dark when they become rancid.)

This is a special purchase of absolutely fresh macadamia nuts. They are vacuum packed in heavy duty, resealable Vista® bags.

When you receive your macadamia nuts, please refrigerate them and use them within two months. After opening, press the extra air from the bag and reseal the bag with the zipper-type top. If you would like to store your nuts for longer than that or would like to stock up while they are available, you can freeze your nuts for up to six months.
