Bread Helpers© are the quick and easy way to make moist, homemade bread. All you add is the water and flour. Your Bread Helper includes potato flour, buttermilk, and conditioners to provide you with a soft and flavorful bread.

With a Bread Helper©, you can make this moist potato bread the quick and easy way. It's homemade bread without the work! You add the water and flour (some mixes recommend butter also) and everything else is in the helper--specialty flours, enhancers, baker's dry milk, fruits or nuts, flavors, and even the yeast.  It's quick--you can have bread rising in the bowl in less than ten minutes.  You can try new breads like Honey Graham Granola and English Muffin.  And you save money--even shipping costs less.

This is a wonderful, soft, moist bread made with lots of potato flour.  The potato flour retards staling and keeps the bread soft.  The potato flour adds a very mild flavor, almost like a hint of sourdough and in this case, we accented it with buttermilk.  This bread makes great sandwiches.

Step 1: Put half the flour, the water, and yeast in the bowl of your stand-type mixer.  Mix for 30 seconds.

Step 2: Add the rest of the flour and the Bread Helper©.  Knead for 3-4 minutes.

Step 3: Let the dough rise in a bowl, form loves, rise again, and bake.

Your family will love this bread--so good and so good for you.

It's easy to make. Mix it by hand or with your stand-type mixer.
  • Complete directions are included.
  • Each bread helper makes two large loaves to fully fill 9x5-inch pans.

Don't miss this great bread!
