This is a fine commercial grade, New York vanilla flavor—much better than found in the stores—at great savings. New York vanilla is a slightly sweeter vanilla than Madagascar but not as sweet as French vanilla.   It will remind you of New York style cheesecake.  Because this flavor is sweeter and more fruity than other vanillas, it works perfectly with recipes that include fruit.  It is quite a bit different and a nice flavor to have in your cupboard.
