Enjoy this wholesome breakfast cereal or use it in your bread recipes.

This makes great morning cereal . . . but it's also a heathy wonderful addition to your bread baking.

Cook it as you would old-fashoined oatmeal.  It's a great way to start out your day.
This is a blend of rolled oats, rolled red wheat, rolled white wheat, rolled barley, rolled rye, and rolled sunflower seeds.  It looks like a multi-textured oatmeal with a few sunflower seeds added.

For healthy flavor, texture, and fiber, add this five rolled grain mixture to your favorite bread recipe .This makes terrific bread!  Add this to your favorite bread recipe.  Simply substitute this rolled cereal blend for part of the flour.  (We use one to 1 1/2 cups cereal per loaf.)

For great bread or a healthy morning cereal, add this to your cart.

This cereal mix comes in a mylar-lined, zipper bag.  You will receive about ten cups of cereal (1 lb 14 oz)--enough for up to 10 loaves of bread.

We love putting rolled whole grains in breads.  Because the grains are thinly rolled, they virtually disappear in the bread.  If you look carefully, you can see flecks of fiber in the bread.  The appearance is a creamy, off-white.  The texture is chewy and moist.  The bread keeps particularly well and likely to be less crumbly.  Rolled whole grain bread makes particularly good toast and is one of our favorite breads for French toast.  Of course, it has exceptional nutritional value.

We have made dozens of loaves with this and have certainly enjoyed it.  We regularly cook it as oatmeal, often with dried fruit or nuts added, and serve it for breakfast.  We highly recommend this cereal blend.
