As with many great Oriental dishes, this authentic Asian sauce mixes sweet and sour but it is much more complex with an underlying tone of sweet oranges and citrus. This sauce is good to serve with your favorite rice dishes.   

1. Thaw a bag of frozen, cooked prawns and pat dry.
2. Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes. 
3. Skewer the prawns and baste with sauce.
