It's easy to make great pizza dough. This makes a wonderful, light dough that is loaded with wonderful herbs and garlic. The dough is easy to work. It's a soft pliable dough for a uniform, well-shaped crust without springback.
A pizza made at home should be better than a commercial pizza. On a homemade crust, you get your pizza fresh from the oven made with fresh ingredients and the combination of ingredients that you want.This care is not possible commercially.
