This makes a light dough that is loaded with wonderful herbs and garlic.

We use this mix in our pizza class at our store. It is an absolute hit. It's easy to make great pizza crusts with these bread mixes. Easy instructions show you how.

This dough is soft and very easy to work with. The dough relaxer in this dough virtually eliminates springback. You can make a smooth, uniform crust without shrinkage.

A pizza made at home should be better than a commercial pizza. On a homemade crust, you get your pizza fresh from the oven made with fresh ingredients and the combination of ingredients that you want.This care is not possible commercially.

Each package contains one pizza dough mix. You can use the mix for pizza crusts or calzones.
Each mix makes a 15-inch, medium-thick pizza crust.
Make this mix by hand, with your stand-type mixer, or mix the dough in your bread machine.
Instructions are included for pizzas and calzones.
One SAF yeast packet is included.

Ingredients: Enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid), white rye flour, milk (nonfat dry milk), sugar, herbs, garlic, salt, yeast (yeast, monostearate), and dough conditioner added for better baking (wheat flour, dextrose, soy flour, calcium salts, dicetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides, ethoxylated mono- and diglycerides, soy lecithin, ascorbic acid, L-cysteine monohydrochloride, fungal enzymes, azodicarbonamide, and calcium iodate). This product contains wheat, soy, and dairy products and may contain traces of eggs, peanuts, or tree nuts.
