If you make this bread in your bread machine, water temperature is critical. Please use a thermometer to measure water at exactly 80 degrees. A ten degree difference in water temperature can double the growth rate of the yeast. These bread mixes are satisfaction guaranteed when you use a thermometer.

Ingredients: Whole wheat flour, honey (honey, wheat starch, calcium sterate (anti-caking agent), and hydroxylated lecithin), milk (nonfat dry milk solids), wheat gluten, salt, yeast (yeast, monostearate), and dough conditioner (added for better baking (wheat flour, dextrose, soy flour, calcium salts, dicetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides, ethoxylated mono- and diglycerides, soy lecithin, ascorbic acid, L-cysteine monohydrochloride, fungal enzymes, azodicarbonamide, and calcium iodate)). This product contains wheat, soy, and dairy products and may contain traces of eggs, peanuts, or tree nuts.

Made this and took it to a women's luncheon -- it was delicious, moist, nice crust, and everyone loved it. My house smelled so wonderful when I came home that I'm making another batch to welcome my husband back from a trip this evening. Nothing says "lovin'" like fresh bread in the oven -- except having it to eat.

The is the first bread mix which I have been disappointed in. Sadly I order multiple and now need to figure out how to make it palatable.
