Golden Honey Wheat Hamburger Buns - Bread Machine Mix

Make great hamburger buns or whole wheat dinner rolls.  You can mix them in your bread machines.

• This package contains one mix.  Each mix makes the equivalent of a large loaf--six large hamburger buns or about a dozen rolls.
• SAF yeast packet is enclosed.  You provide only water and butter/oil.
• Directions and tips for perfect bread are included.  You can make this bread in your bread machine, by hand, or with a stand-type mixer.  if you use your bread machine, you will form the buns or rolls and bake them in your oven.
  

Nothing makes a burger like a homemade bun.  These rich, soft rolls have just the right mixture of stone-ground whole wheat flour and premium Montana bread flour, lightly sweetened with honey.   They are golden brown, soft, and moist.  They are perfect for guests or anytime.

If you make this bread in your bread machine, water temperature is critical.  Please use a thermometer to measure water at exactly 80 degrees.  A ten degree difference in water temperature can double the growth rate of the yeast.  These bread mixes are satisfaction guaranteed when you use a thermometer.
