These are not ordinary pancakes. Yes, this pancake mix is made with buttermilk but it is designed especially for weekends and special occasions when you would like to be just a bit indulgent. You'll make pancakes that are a little sweeter and sweetened with honey instead of sugar. And they have a touch of graham flour which gives them a wonderful nutty taste while still light and tender.

We think these honey-flavored pancakes pair perfectly with strawberries. Add a little fresh fruit and then top them with whipped cream or Gourmet Strawberry Syrup.
