What's the secret of these Hawaiian pancakes?  They have tons of flavor.  They're loaded with tropical flavors but the real secret is the pineapple.  There is over a cup of real pineapple in each mix.  It's dried pineapple chopped into tiny granules so that they cook soft and are almost indistinguishable in the cooked pancakes.
