Ground Nutmeg--4 oz bottle (about one cup)

Fresh nutmeg is better!

This is much fresher than what you can buy at your local grocery store.  Add it to barbecue sauce.  Use it in many baked goods, hot beverages, and in cream sauces for noodles.  It is a main ingredient in mulled cider, eggnog, and mulled wine.
 
You will get about one cup of spice in a clear, shaker bottle.
