This is the best, most consistent bread flour that we can find. Most mills cannot consistently meet this specification. We use this flour in virtually all of our bread mixes. This is very, very fresh flour--milled within the last 60 days.

Harvest King is an artisan bakers flour. It provides excellent results in all kinds of yeast-raised products including breads and pastries. It is a high quality, unbleached, short patent bread flour milled from selected hard wheats. It is a clean, creamy white color.

This flour commands a premium price on the wholesale markets and is not generally available to the home baker. We fully endorse this flour.
