With the amount of baking I do and the amount of flour I buy in bulk--25 and 50 pound bags--this is a Godsend. I have large glass jars that I keep flour in so I sift the flour into each jar. Using the old hand turn method my arms tire out quickly. This battery powered electric flour sifter makes it easy and takes ALL the bordom out! What a joy to have and use.

I have some challenges in my hands the last few years and had cut back on baking because of this. I was a bit of skeptic but thought it was worth a try. Let's just say that I just bought a second one to keep in case anything ever happens to the first one. It's fast and thorough. More power than I expected in a battery powered sifter.
