Where is my order? Every order recieves a tracking number. When your order ships an email with the tracking information gets emailed to you. To ensure delivery of your tracking email please add customerservice@preparedpantry.com to your address book. If you do not receive your tracking information check your spam filter. I have an order on my wish list that I want to process. How do I access my wish list?
To access your “wish list” you must go log into your account and click on the “Wish List” link at the top of the page.
From there you can select which items to move to your cart and then checkout as usual once the desired items are in your cart. If you prefer, you can always call us at 1-866-745-7892 and we will gladly put your order in for you.
I lost the directions to make my mix or I never received them. Is there a way I can get those again?
