I have had several other cookie presses, and NONE of them are anywhere close to as good as this one! It doesn't require electricity or batteries (my other cookie presses did), and it is easier to hold and use! I can control how much dough I want to come out for each cookie, or how much frosting or whipped cream when I am filling pastries, frosting a cake, etc. I much prefer this manual version over the power cookie presses! I was also impressed at how many more cookie design plates available for this one too. I agree with the previous reviewer- this is easy to load, easy to use, this is FAST, so it saves me a TON of time in the kitchen! It definitely makes holiday baking easier! This is easy enough to use that you could actually teach your children to use it, so they will enjoy the holiday baking with you!

I have bought 3 cookie presses from other companies and they have broken. I bought this one last year and love it. Cleans easy, loads the cookie dough easy, and the dough in them makes a couple of dozen for each load. I recommend it to any baker that makes spritz cookies, I bake at least 100 dozen for Christmas. It doesn't take long to make them with this press.
