Versatile and tasty ...

These are so easy to make! I love that I can bake up as many as I need. I'm single, so I usually don't want to bake a dozen or so biscuits at a time. With this mix, I can mix 1 C of mix plus 1/4 C water, and have 3 good-sized biscuits (the package instructions are really easy -- 4:1 mix to water, and each biscuit = 1/3 C mix -- so 1 C mix + 1/4 C water = 3 biscuits; 2 C mix + 1/2 C water = 6 biscuits, etc.) I'll be reordering this for sure.
