These are amazingly good muffins. They're loaded with cinnamon chips and the brown sugar background is just perfect. And all you do is add water!

We didn't expect these muffins to be that good--but they are.  We made them, we liked them, and we gave them to customers.  In fact we gave dozens of them to customers.  "Where do I find this mix," was a common response.  We think you'll love these muffins too.
