This is another hearth bread that you can make in your bread machine--this time with premium chipotle peppers and mild cheeses. If you like chilies and a little fire, this bread is for you.

This is a wonderful hearth bread that you'll be proud of. It's a great complement for main dishes and makes terrific sandwiches. You've got to try this for sandwiches--it makes a grilled cheese sandwich to die for.

Editor's notes: We serve samples from our test kitchen to visitors at our store in Rigby. We tested this bread for several weeks by giving samples to visitors. Even those who didn't like hot foods, enjoyed this bread. This is just hot enough to give a little kick to a grilled cheese sandwich.
