This is a wonderful cheddar cheese bread made with real cheddar cheese.
This mix makes a large loaf--nearly two pounds.

If you make this bread in your bread machine, water temperature is critical. Please use a thermometer to measure water at exactly 80 degrees. A ten degree difference in water temperature can double the growth rate of yeast. These bread mixes are satisfaction guaranteed when you use a thermometer.

AWESOME BREAD!

This is my favorite of all the Prepared Pantry breads. Was getting it in a two pack - a little disappointed to see it in single packs now. Has the price gone up that much? Anyway - this bread is amazing. I've made it several times. This week it came out PERFECT! Even the times when the water temp was a little off - it may not have looked so pretty, but it still tasted AMAZING! Delicate cheese flavor. It's just delicious! ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS BREAD!
