Just received my first order of Korintje Cassia Cinnamon and it won't be my last! I couldn't resist the suggestion on the package to just stick your finger in and taste it fresh. After tasting it, I promptly emptied the cinnamon out of my old spice container so I could fill it with this cinnamon and be able to use it from a shaker. Then I sprinkled it over my fresh apple slices. The flavor surpasses the store-bought stuff I am used to by miles. Delicious! I can't wait to see how it compliments my baked goods.
