Make a caramel buckle or add frozen or frresh blueberries to make bluebery buckle. (Instructions are provided.) Experiment with other fruits, sauces, and pie fillings.When you slice it, you find ribbons of crumbly caramel laced through a snow-white cake.

this cake was the easiest most flavorful

coffee cake i've ever made. its just excellent. it gets put together in no time mix by hand level in pan sprinkle crumble up on top without having to put to much in that and with my oven baked in 25 min perfect for a fresh baked late breakfast. the caramel does buckle through and frankly leaves all other recipes or mixes i've ever tried just look like failures. it doesnt make a huge pan but is enough to take along to any event you might go to. it would be agreat dessert as well.
