These are amazingly good muffins. They're loaded with butterscotch and pecan pieces.

These muffins are very good; two of our testers said that these were the best muffins they had ever tried and every one of our testers loved these muffins. There is a quarter pound of little butterscotch pieces in this mix. They melt into butterscotch ripples and the pecans give the muffins extra crunch. And all of this is set in a light, flavorful muffin.

Because this is a just-add-water muffin, it's quick and easy. And you don't have the expense of adding butter and eggs so it is less expensive than a comparable mix.
