This buckwheat pancake mix makes wonderful, whole grain pancakes. They are are light and fluffy with the nutty taste of buckwheat.

Buckwheat flour has a rich, nutty flavor that makes wonderful pancakes and waffles.  These are light and fluffy with a rich, golden color.  The buckwheat flour is paired with our best stone ground wheat flour from Montana and sweetened with just a bit of honey.
 
This is a healthy choice.  Buckwheat flour is very high in nutritional value with fiber, amino acids, protein, niacin, vitamin B, and other vitamins.
 
Ingredients: Whole wheat flour, buckwheat flour, honey crystals (honey, wheat starch, calcium sterate (anti-caking agent), and hydroxylated l ecithin), buttermilk (dry cultured skim milk), baking soda, baking powder, and salt. This mix contains wheat and dairy products and may contain traces of soy, eggs, or nuts.

This is the first mix from Prepared Pantry I've tried, and was not disappointed! This big bag lasted 2 meals for my family of 5 (plus 2 guests at the second meal). Light and fluffy, and wonderful aroma. Will be ordering LOTS more of this mix!
