The right tools make crepes easy!

With the right tools, it's a cinch to make great crepes. These are the tools that we recommend.

The right crepe pan: You'll need a nonstick pan so that you can turn your crepes without tearing. This 9 1/2-inch pan heats evenly and has sloped sides for easy turning. The stay-cool handle is up tilted to make it easy to turn the pan and let the batter spread evenly across the surface.
The right spatula: "My Favorite Spatula" is flexible enough to slip under your crepes without tearing them and yet thin enough to allow the crepes to drape over the spatula. It's made of high heat nylon so it won't scratch your crepe pan.
The right measure: You need a ladle or measure to dip the same amount of batter each time for complete, uniform crepes. This ladle is perfect and holds four tablespoons of batter.
The stand. No need having a mess on your stovetop. Just slip the ladle back in the stand between crepes. It'll be within easy reach for the next crepe without a puddle on your stove.
