We worked hard to make these just right. "A little more maple syrup," said Debbie, our webmaster.

"A little more cake-like," said Misti in Production.

"They're perfect just the way they are," proclaimed Hannah the shift supervisor. Finally, we made them with a little more maple and a little more cake-like. And Hannah still declared them perfect.

These muffins are not just good, they are good for you. We set out to make a very good muffin. Somewhere in the process, we slipped in some whole wheat flour just to see what would happen. It made them even better, more of nut-like flavor, so we left it in.

You'll really like these muffins with their tender crumb and moist maple flavor. The walnuts add just the right contrast and flavor. We think your family will want you to make these often.

You'll get two mixes with each package. Each mix will make twelve large muffins. The nuts are packaged separately.
