This Deli-Style Rye Bread is a medium rye bread. It is made with a full-bodied rye flour but tempered with a quality, high-gluten bread flour. We added a touch of molasses, malted barley, and buttermilk to give it a nice robust flavor but went easy on the caraway seeds. Even those testers who said they didn't like rye bread liked this bread.

This product contains wheat, soy, and dairy products and may contain traces of eggs, peanuts, or tree nuts.
