We use these in scone, cookie, and pancake recipes--but you can use them in any of your own favorite recipes. They add a burst of real fruit flavor in every bite. They're made with real blueberry puree but they melt like chocolate chips. You'll find bright blue splashes in everything you bake.

You can use our tested recipes or add them to other recipes just as you would chocolate chips.

Ingredients: sugar, vegetable oil (palm, palm kernel), wheat flour, corn syrup solids, malic acid, blueberry juice concentrate/puree, natural and artificial flavors, soy lecithin, sodium citrate, blue 2 lake, yellow 6 lake, and red 40 lake. This product contains soy and wheat and is packed with equipment that processes baking mixes and may contain traces of tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, or eggs.

We took a bag of the blueberry chips to Tanzania, Africa during a mission trip in February. The highlight of the trip was Sunday morning breakfasts consisting of Blueberry pancakes and home made maple syrup. We could not get any closer to home than those pancakes made us feel. They were easy to pack, did not spoil and added great flavor. I am sure that many more packages will make that trip in the future. Thank you.
