Cream pies are a hit!

I used this Bavarian Cream to make the mini pies in cupcake foils. I made strawberry and banana cream pies. They were a hit and went fast!! And were so easy to prepare, I made 36 in less than an hour. That included slicing the fruit. Thank you for making it so easy to prepare wonderful desserts!

Wow! This tastes like the best bakery cream filling. So very good. I filled mini phyllo cups with it and topped each with a raspberry. Everyone raved. I do have one question. I didn't see an expiration date on the plastic tube. How long can this be used past the date they're purchased, both opened and unopened? ________________________________________________________________________ 12 months on the shelf. 6 months in the refrigerator after being opened. Just fold the corner over and put a clip on it.--Dennis Weaver

I made a chocolate cake for my husband's birthday and used the Bavarian cream filling between the layers. He couldn't stop raving about it! It made the cake very special, and it couldn't have been easier. This will be a staple for me. I'm also going to use it for filling donuts.
