I use this to make cream puffs and Napoleons. People rave about them and this is my dirty little secret. Your baking will taste like a professional's with this cream. You'll never fool with eggs, cream and sugar over a double boiler again. Just pipe it in and sit back for the compliments.

Usually premade fillings have that factory made taste complete with fillers, sugars and mystery ingredients.
Not so this one, it tastes homemade with just the right sweetness and texture. I have made a lot of Bavarian cream before and this tastes just like mine.
You will not be disappointed by using this and your customers (or family) will think you've spent time in the kitchen making it.

I made chocolate cupcakes and filled them with this cream. It tastes like it was just freshly made and was just the right texture. And, the cupcakes were so very good!!! Everyone was very impressed.
