Make restaurant-style Italian sodas and iced teas with Torani Vanilla Syrup.

A plain vanilla world? Don't think so. There's nothing ho-hum about this original leading lady. And nothing beats the original. Inspired by premium vanilla flavor, it’s clean, pure and creamy. And that spells delicious every time you add it.

Don't go to restaurants or coffee shops and pay four bucks a glass for high quality Italian sodas; make them at home, from the com fort of your own kitchen with Torani beverage syrups. Italian sodas are especially refreshing on stifling hot summer days when it seems like there's no escape from the heat. Now escape could be just a few steps away. Add about one ounce of syrup per 8 oz glass and you'll be surprised how delicious and different those plain old sodas, lemonades, and iced teas can be.

Candied Apple Cider

1 tbsp (1/2 oz) Torani Vanilla Syrup
1 tbsp (1/2 oz) Torani Caramel Syrup
1/2 cup (4oz) apple cider or apple juice
1/2 cup (4oz) cranberry juice

Instructions:

In a small saucepan, combine ingredients and heat gently.

Vanilla Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:

1/2 oz. Torani Dark Chocolate Sauce
1/2 oz. Torani Vanilla Syrup
8 oz. milk

Creme Brulee
Ingredients:

6 egg yolks
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 pint heavy cream
Pinch of salt
3 Tbsp. Torani Vanilla syrup

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix yolks with 1/4 cup of the brown sugar. In a small saucepan, heat cream over low heat until steaming. Remove from heat and pour into egg mixture, whisking constantly. Add salt and whisk in 2 tablespoons of syrup. Pour custard into four small ramekins or soufflé dishes, placed in the bottom of an ovenproof baking pan. Fill pan with hot water until it reaches halfway up sides of the ramekins. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the mixture begins to set. (Custard will also set as it cools.) Chill in refrigerator for a least 12 hours. Just before serving, mix remaining 1/2 cup brown sugar with 1 Tbsp. syrup and portion evenly on top of each custard. Place ramekins under a broiler until the sugar becomes brown and caramelized. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
