Strawberry Lemonade Cookies! Strawberry chips and lemon make an exciting combination reminiscent of old fashioned lemonade.

These are great strawberry and lemon cookies! Now they have more lemon flavor! These are made with real strawberry bits in a sweet lemon cookie. These are very strawberry cookies with the lemon cookie as the background flavor. The lemon is tart but not overwhelming. The cookies are coated with turbinado sugar to give them crunch.

We have served these in our store and they have been a terrific hit. We guarantee that you'll love these extraordinary cookies. They are true, gourmet cookies.

One mix makes three to four dozen wonderful cookies. (Butter and eggs are not included.)

Ingredients: Enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid), sugar, strawberry bits (sugar, vegetable oil (palm, palm kernel), wheat flour, corn syrup solids, malic acid, strawberry juice concentrate and puree, natural and artificial flavors, soy lecithin, sodium citrate, natural and artifical colors), baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), cream of tartar, natural and artificial flavorings, and salt. This product contains wheat and soy and may contain traces of dairy, eggs, or nuts.

Happy neighbor

I brought a plate of these cookies to my neighbor for a thank you gift. Her husband said these were the best cookies he had eaten and asked for the recipe. I had to admit I didn't have a recipe and they were a mix from Prepared Pantry.

Lots of Flavor

I had high hopes for this cookie but I was only partly satisfied. This cookie comes out packed with flavor...Strawberry flavor, that is. I think that in the lemon flavor was "accidentally" left out of the mix. Don't get me wrong, this strawberry cookie is very good.
