You can fill cupcakes with everything from pastry fillings to whipped cream to chocolate to marshmallow cream. It’s easy to do. Fill a pastry bag or decorator set with your filling and with a star or narrow tip, insert the tip through the top of the cupcakes and press. The cupcakes will start to bulge when full. Frost the tops of the cupcakes to cover the holes.

Put a clip on the end of the tube and stick it in the refrigerator where it will keep for six months.
