This mix is easy.  Since all you add is water, this is the easy way to make a pie!  Mix it for less than a minute and you have perfect pie crust dough.  It makes a great pie crust without the work! 

Throw away your pastry knife.  You don’t have to cut in shortening; it’s already done for you.  You don’t have to keep the dough cold.  The shortening in this mix won’t melt on the counter so you’ll have no more hard, tough crusts.
