Pea Pods and Mushrooms

Ingredients

2 cups snow peas cut into two or three pieces on the diagonal (pull strings off if required)
1 cup sliced mushrooms or 1 1/2 cup button mushrooms
vegetable oil
salt

Directions

Heat the oil in a sauté pan or skillet to medium high.  Add the mushrooms and cook for two minutes.  Add the pea pods and cook until just crisp-tender, stirring often.  Season with salt.
