We hope you have a wonderful summer.

Use this 3-in-1 cake and cupcake caddy to keep your desserts safe

Use a caddy for your cupcakes and cakes. It’s the safe and sane way to transport your goodies to the picnic or party. No marring and jarring. No bugs. No cupcakes tipped upside down in the back of the car.

This is the best, nicest, most secure caddy we’ve seen.

How to Make the World’s Easiest Boston Cream Pie

I (Dennis) had my first Boston Cream Pie when I was a teenager and immediately fell in love. Never mind that I couldn’t figure out why they called it a pie. I just knew that I loved that silky, cool filling between rich cake layers with thick fudgy topping. The combination was enthralling.

A Boston Cream Pie was exotic for a kid in rural Utah but my affection never waned and I made my own. The problem was, as much as I loved them, they took too much time to make, so I didn’t make them often. Now, I’ve learned that a Boston Cream Pie doesn’t have to be time consuming. We’ll tell you how.

Rather take cupcakes to the party? Try Boston Cream Cupcakes

These are big boy cupcakes—though your kids will love them too. They are made like a Boston Cream Pie: yellow cake, vanilla, and a rich chocolate topping. If you are in a hurry, you can use a cake mix.

These might be your favorite cupcakes.

Get a FREE decorating set with your muffin pan

You’ll need a decorating set to dress up those cupcakes or to fill them with cream. And aren’t you due a new muffin pan? You buy the muffin pan and we’ll add the decorating set.

How to Dress Up a Cheesecake

Everyone loves a cheesecake. A cheesecake can be the life of a party and they are not difficult to make. If you dress them up just a little, they can be truly memorable.

Summer Pita Pocket Sandwiches

We love picnics. Especially in July and August, when the heat is simmering in the valley, we head for the hills in the evening. Often, we’ll throw in a grill or cook stove. Sometimes we pack sandwich fixings and a salad. And we’re always looking for new ideas, especially easy ones. Summer Pita Pocket Sandwiches qualify.

It’s easier to finish a cake on a stand

If you make cakes, a revolving cake stand is a must. It makes decorating so much easier. Just turn the cake on the elevated stand as you top it, frost it, or touch it up. Then serve it right on the stand.
