A Boston Cream Pie was exotic for a kid in rural Utah but my affection never waned and I made my own. The problem was, as much as I loved them, they took too much time to make, so I didn’t make them often. Now, I’ve learned that a Boston Cream Pie doesn’t have to be time consuming. We’ll tell you how.
