Mint Brownies from a mix
This is another one of those busy day solutions. Add mint chocolate chips to a brownie mix to make Mint Brownies.
Mix the brownies according to the directions on the package. Add 3/4 cup mint chocolate chips. Bake as directed on the package.
Serve as they are or make brownie sundaes. These sundaes are excellent with Hot Mint Fudge Sauce.
