These are baked in your oven just as you would muffins. They come out of the oven tender, moist, and light. Stir up the included frosting mix and coat the tops with chopped nuts. These are exquisite donuts. (You will need a baked donut pan available from The Prepared Pantry and other sources. Butter and eggs are not included.)

Makes 12 donuts.

Ingredients: Powdered sugar (sugar, cornstarch), enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid), sugar, walnuts, dry milk solids, natural and artificial flavor, salt, and spices. This product contains wheat, tree nuts, and dairy products and may contain traces of peanuts, soy, or eggs.

Used this mix in an electric mini donut maker. It worked wonderfully- both the donut and frosting were very tasty. The walnut pieces included along with the mix were big and fresh. I loved having the convienence of this mix and how everything was included except for the wet ingredients. Made about 30 nini donuts.
