Lemon Meringue Pancake and Waffle Mix (large 2lb 4oz mix) plus a free buttermilk syrup mix

These pancakes are slightly sweeter than most other pancakes.  They still need a syrup or jam.  Maple syrup works well but blueberry syrup and lemon is the classic combination.  Strawberry syrup and raspberry syrup also work well as do the cream syrups.  This recipe for lemon syrup is terrific with these pancakes if you are a real lemon lover.
