Just add water! The easiest way to make a pie crust. Add water and mix. No shortening to cut in. This is the same mix used in professional bake shops. You too can make perfect pies.

Use only what you need and zip the bag closed. Each bag makes 4 single pie crusts or 2 1/2 double crusts. It will make a dozen of more turnovers.

Net weight 36 ounces.

Editor's note: This makes a very good pie crust, flakey and tender. We're impressed! And it's super fast: In our test kitchen, using a pre-made filling, we had a pie in the oven in eight minutes.

Ingredients: Enriched bleached wheat flour (flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), partially hydrogenated soybean oil, salt, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate, mono & diglycerides, citric acid. Contains wheat, soy, and dairy. May contain traces of eggs, peanuts, or tree nuts.

Better the second time around

This is my second review & I had to mention how great the crust turned out the second time around. Follow the easy directions-trying to not overwork the dough & you will get a more tender & flaky crust. Makes a dreamy apple pie. The family loves it. I'm ordering more for sure!

Good & Ready to Go Pie Crust Mix

Couldn't believe how easy it was to mix this good pie crust. Of course nothing beats a made by scratch crust but this pie crust mix is good for what it's worth. Rolls out easily & tears are also easily mended. It's not a buttery crust but more like a shortening type version. Simple, plain taste but is great with some sprinkled sugar on top. Nice texture & crumb with just a tiny bit of flakiness.

I made two pies today using the Professional Pie Crust Mix and it is the easiest and best mix I have ever used. I know I will be using this mix from now on. Thanks for a great product.
