These are easy to make. Just add water to the mix and beat with the dough hook or knead with your hands. Let the dough rise. Cut out the shapes and let them rise again. Fry them for 25 seconds on each side.

Mix includes SAF Gourmet Yeast packet. Makes 12-13 donuts. Unused dough can be refrigerated for up to 5 days.

This mix brought me back to my early days in Idaho. I have lived away from Idaho for more years than I care to admit and haven't had Spudnuts since I lived there. I bought the mix when I visited last summer and just made it recently. I've never had a better donut in my life. I just might have to order another mix one of these days. Delicious!
