Make great coconut crunch donuts just like the bake shop but with less fat.

These are baked in your oven just as you would muffins. They come out of the oven tender, moist, and light. Stir up the included frosting mix and coat the tops with coconut crunchies. These are exquisite donuts. (You will need a baked donut pan available from The Prepared Pantry and other sources. Butter and eggs are not included.)

Makes 12 donuts.

Ingredients: Powdered sugar (sugar, cornstarch), enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid), sugar, coconut pi eces (sugar, toasted coconut, corn syrup, corn cereal, salt, sodium bicarbonate, artificial flavor, caramel color, yellow #5, yellow #6), dry milk solids, natural and artificial flavor, salt, and spices. This product contains wheat, nuts, and dairy products and may contain traces of peanuts, soy, or eggs.

These are excellent donuts. Lite, fluffy and the topping has a nice crunch to it. Highly recomended.

Bakes Up Pretty

Yes, these donuts bake up pretty in their donut pan. They were moist & fluffy however too sweet for my taste with the frosting & coconut crunch topping (which were not crunchy as I hoped). For something different than the usual cake/cookie/bar mixes in the stores this is a nice & easy mix to bake.
